1.3.3.2 Other ventilation systems may meet the requirement for car parks below ground level, enclosed type car parks and multi-storey car parks by limiting the mean predicted pollutant levels of the concentration of carbon monoxide to not more than 30 parts per million averaged over an 8 hour period and peak concentrations such as by ramps and exits, not more than 90 parts per million for periods not exceeding 15 minutes.
